Our methodology allows us to obtain successful results in each of our players, we design specific objectives (S) according to the age, motor development and training stage of the boys and girls.

Each game action must be understood and repeated by our players until a successful execution is achieved, that is why our trainings are measurable (M); that is to say we know the number of repetitions that each player performs in each session and the number close to 10,000 to reach (A) the mastery of the proposed actions.

The training sessions are designed under real game situations (R) leading our players to be constantly living the actions that occur during a soccer match.

Nothing is done overnight that is why our methodology establishes a time (T) of five years to obtain results in our athletes, during this time our teaching process will be supported by a sports management platform where quarterly performance reports of the player will be delivered in a small meeting with their parents analyzing their progress and objectives to be achieved.
